3rd ITALIAN HUMAN BEATBOX CHAMPIONSHIP
The third Italian beatbox championship will be held on 29 of June 2013 in Varese.
The coordinator will be Danilo Puzello A.K.A. Dhap, Italian beatboxer chapter leader ,Italian
performer at the 2008 World Beatbox Convention in Berlin, and the founder of ITABEATBOXER. The
event will be realized in collaboration with Fausto Caravati, president of the cultural association
SoleVoci (www.solevoci.it). It is, by now, strongly present on the italian territory and has been
crucial for the diffusion of vocal polyphonic, pop and jazz music.
The Italian beatbox championship will take place during one of the three days of the Solevoci
Festival that will happen in the squares of Varese and the 28/29/30 June 2013. Already for many
years, this Festival has given to who loves chant the possibility to attend many concerts, seminary
and contests, where the voice is only key player!
The Solevoci Festival is a chance for everybody (expert or just curious) to meet up, teach, learn and
share the fascinating world of Vocal and a Cappella Music.
The winner will represent Italy at the next Human Beatbox World Championship.

The show will be even more powerful thanks to the participation in consolle of DJ-T ROBB the
several times Italian Scratch champion and 3rd classified on a 2008 London DMC Word
Championship. On a mic on stage there will be the five times Italian regional (Emilia Romagna)
champion, three times king of the Ring’s winner and reigning champion of the new Italian edition
of the new International mc battle called End of the Weak: DANK MC.
